These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of chewral.shop and any related services, products, and content offered by Chewral ("we," "us," "our"). By using our site or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on chewral.shop. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and pricing

We strive to display our products and prices accurately. However:

  • Product images are representative — colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
  • Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, and correct pricing errors at any time
  • If a pricing error results in a charge significantly higher than the correct price, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel before fulfilling the order

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we process payment and ship the products. We may decline an order for any reason, including:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Shipping address restrictions
  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors

Payment

Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments and Stripe. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. We do not store full payment card details — all card data is handled by our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in our Subscribe & Save program:

  • Your card will be charged automatically on each billing cycle (every 30, 60, or 90 days based on your choice)
  • You can pause, skip, edit, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing support@chewral.shop
  • Cancellations made before a scheduled charge prevent that charge
  • Cancellations made after a charge has been processed take effect on the next billing cycle (the most recent shipment will still be sent and covered by our 60-day guarantee)
  • We'll email you 3 days before each scheduled shipment with the option to adjust or skip

Product use

Chewral Remineralizing Chewing Gum is a chewing gum, not a medication. It is intended for adults and teens 12 and over. Two cubes after meals or acidic beverages is the recommended use. Do not swallow whole pieces. If you experience any unusual reaction, discontinue use and consult a dental or medical professional.

If you have specific dental conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are managing chronic illness, we recommend speaking with your dentist or healthcare provider before starting any new routine.

Reviews and user content

You may submit reviews, photos, and other content to chewral.shop. By doing so:

  • You confirm the content is yours and you have the right to share it
  • You grant Chewral a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share the content for marketing purposes
  • We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse any content that violates these Terms, contains profanity or harassment, or makes unsubstantiated medical claims

Intellectual property

All content on chewral.shop — including the Chewral name, logo, packaging designs, photography, copy, and product formulations — is the intellectual property of Chewral and protected by US and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chewral and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chewral from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brooklyn, NY.

Dispute resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at hello@chewral.shop. We resolve nearly all customer concerns informally and quickly.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
